Set up your organisation
Create your company workspace, record your SP203 scope and select your certification body context. Certification status fields are set by SP203 Ready administration, not by tenants.
People and competence
Record roles, qualifications and competence assessments. Technical approval and Lead reviewer authority is granted only where an approved, in-date competence record exists for that module.
Projects and module workflows
Run design, installation, commissioning and handover, and maintenance as separate module workflows with versioned evidence records and server-enforced sign-off gates.
Documents and equipment
Publish controlled document versions and keep equipment calibration and check records current so audit readiness reporting stays accurate.
Audit readiness
Review requirement-by-requirement readiness with clause references, and resolve blockers before an assessment.
